37. Declaration of fidelity and secrecy.
- [The Chairman, every Director] [Substituted by Madhya Pradesh Act No. 6 of 1983 (w.e.f. 22-1-1983).], member of the Board or Committee, auditor, Officer or other employee of the Nigam or an employee of the State Government whose services are utilised by the Nigam, shall before entering upon his duties, make a declaration of fidelity and secrecy in the form prescribed by regulations.
