FINAL ORDER :

. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the degree certificate has not been issued to the petitioner. The degree certificate is required by the petitioner for the job offered to the petitioner by the company overseas.

2. Mr. Navandar, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/university submits that, the petitioner is issued with the provisional degree certificate, however, final degree certificate is not yet issued as convocation has not taken place.

3. It is not disputed that, the convocation has not taken place. There is no impediment for the university to issue the degree ::: Uploaded on - 28/11/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 28/11/2019 22:59:27 ::: 2 wp 11829.19 certificate to the petitioner.

4. The petitioner needs the degree certificate for the purpose of his employment. He has been offered job at Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). In view of that, it would be inappropriate to ask the petitioner to wait till the convocation. According to Mr. Navandar, the learned counsel for the university the date for convocation is also not fixed.

5. In the light of that, we direct the respondent No. 2/university to issue degree certificate to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from today.

6. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
