Section 5(1) in The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956
(1)[There shall be paid, with effect from [1st April 2017] [Substituted by Rajasthan F2 (19) vidhi-2/2005 dated 11.5.2005.] or with effect from the date on which he may thereafter enter upon his office, whichever may be later, a salary of [forty five thousand rupees] [Substituted 'thirty thousand rupees' by Rajasthan Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 18.5.2017.] per mensem to the Government Chief Whip and a salary of [forty two thousand rupees] [Substituted 'twenty seven thousand rupees' by Rajasthan Act No. 26 of 2017, dated 18.5.2017.] per mensem to the Deputy Government Chief Whip.]
