Section 6(5) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(5)There shall be sufficient arrangement of insulation on the doors of a cold storage and they should be reasonably air protected. The doors shall be such designed that any person may open it both from inside and outside.
