Section 29(3) in THE NATIONAL BANK FOR FINANCING INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEVELOPMENT ACT, 2021
(3)Any institution to which licence is granted under sub-section (2) shall be subject to the provisions of the Reserve Bank of IndiaAct, 1934 or the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, as the case may be.
