Section 4(18) in The Rules for Payment of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Allopathic Institutions & Red Cross Societies, 1970
(18)The entire amount of grant-in-aid will be utilised for the maintenance and running of the Institution. Proper and regular account of all expenditure shall be maintained and furnished to the concerning Unit Administrative Officer.
