12.2The new Faculty(s)/Department(s)/ Schools /Institute(s)/Offcampus( es)/ Study Centre(s)/ counseling & guidance centre(s) shall be established by the Chancellor on the recommendations of Academic Council. All the rules, ordinances and regulations shall be framed and approved by the Chancellor on the recommendations of the Academic Council.
