                                      ORAL ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI) Rule. Mr.Pranav Trivedi, learned APP waives  service of notice on behalf of the respondent State.  

2. The   application   is   filed   by   the   convict­ applicant   for   releasing  him   on   temporary   bail   for   a  period of 30 days on the ground of attending religious  ceremony.   In   support   of   the   application,   the  applicant­convict has produced invitation card.

3. Heard   learned   A.P.P.,   and   perused   the   jail  Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Fri Apr 22 01:37:24 IST 2016 R/CR.MA/9342/2016 ORDER remarks. Considering the contents of the application,  the   cause   shown   in   the   application   is   found   to   be  genuine. In this set of circumstances, the application  deserves to be allowed and the same is partly allowed. 

4. The   applicant   is,   therefore,   ordered   to   be  released   on   temporary   bail   for   a   period   of  fifteen  days  from   the   date   of   his   actual   release   on   his  executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/­ (Rupees Ten  Thousand   Only)   before   the   Jail   Authorities   on   usual  terms   and   conditions.   The   applicant   shall   surrender  before   the   Jail   Authorities   on   completion   of   bail  period without fail. 

5. Rule   is   made   absolute   to   the   aforesaid  extent.  Direct Service is permitted.
