Section 26(5) in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
(5)A person whose name has been removed by an order under subsection (1) which has become final shall within such period as may be provided in the regulation surrender his certificate of registration and certificate of renewal, if any, to the Secretary and the name so removed shall be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
