Section 7(b) in Regulations for Recognition of Higher Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges
(b)The Council may refuse temporary recognition to the H.S. School/Junior College which fail to fulfil the conditions even after the grace period, and may recommend to the concerned Director for closure of the School/College.
