Section 2(3) in Bye-Laws for the State Board of Digamber Jain Religious Trusts
(3)A member when speaking shall not be interrupted except on a point of order or while seeking information or on personal explanation by a member. On a point of order being raised or when the Presiding Officer is speaking, the member speaking shall resume his seat. A member shall not be allowed to speak twice except by way of reply without the special leave of Presiding Officer.
