Section 54 in U.P. Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2004
54. Training of Personnel.
(1)The State Government or the Officer-in-charge shall provide for training, of personnel of each category of staff, in keeping with their statutory responsibilities and specific job requirements.(2)The training programme shall include-(a)orientation and training of the newly-recruited staff,(b)refresher training courses for every staff member at least once in every five years, and(c)staff conferences, seminars, workshops, along with the various components or functionaries of the Juvenile Justice system and the State Government at various levels of the personnel organization.
