Section 25(6) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(6)In assigning gross vehicle weight to a vehicle for which no-makers documents as required under Sub-section (1) of section 58 are produced, the registering authority shall assign such gross vehicle weight as may be prescribed by the Central Government from time to time.
