Section 6(1) in The Goa Medical Council Rules, 1995
(1)The Returning Officer shall fix the date, hour and place for the following stages of the election, namely:-(a)receipt of nomination papers;(b)scrutiny of nomination papers;(c)withdrawal of candidature;(d)receipt of ballot papers; and(e)counting of votes.
