                          UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                               O R D E R

1. The challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 10.12.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 17361/2025 by the High Court of Delhi. A perusal of the order shows that High Court has mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the impugned order that SLP(C)No. 33048/2025 (Union of India Signature Not Verified & Ors. vs. Dheeraj Pal & Ors.) and SLP(C)No. 29726/2024 Digitally signed by NIRMALA NEGI Date: 2026.04.07 19:17:11 IST Reason: (Union of India & Ors. vs. Raksh Pal Singh & Ors.) filed by the Union of India raising same issue, were dismissed by this Court. Despite this fact, the present petition 2 has been filed thereafter.

2. Considering the aforesaid facts, we dismiss the present petition with cost of ₹25,000/-, to be deposited in the below mentioned bank account, within a period of four weeks from today.
