Facts:
1. Both the parties were heard on 4/11/2009.
2. In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and the replies given by the CPIO and the AA were discussed. The appellant alleged that copy of inspection report has not been provided to him even though the AA of the respondent had ordered for disclosure of the documents.
3. The CPIO stated that due to some misunderstanding about the information asked for, the same could not be supplied. He, however, agreed to provide a copy of the inspection report, as desired by the appellant.
Decision:
4. As agreed, the CPIO would furnish a copy of the inspection report in question and also allow inspection of the relevant records so as to enable the appellant to specify the required information, which should be furnished to him. The CPIO would provide the information free of cost as per the provisions u/s 7(6) of the Act within 15 working days from the date of issue of this decision.
