Section 8(2) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965
(2)If the Registrar is unable to dispose of an application for registration within the period of three months from the date of making the application for registration under section 6, he shall forward the papers to the Government with his report stating the reasons therefor and for seeking extension and he shall thereafter act in accordance with such directions as may be issued to him by the Government within two months.
