39. Allotment of Account Number.
- On receipt of the return required under paragraph 38 the Commissioner shall promptly allot an Account Number to each person who has qualified to become a member and shall communicate the Account Number to the employer [ ] [The words 'He shall also arrange to have the person so qualified photographed as soon as possible and prepare Identity Cards for them in Form G annexed hereto two copies of the photographic prints shall be taken from the same negative and shall be affixed on the Identity Cards and Delcaration Forms.
