Section 41(1) in The Orissa Medical Registration Rules, 1965
(1)Upon the conclusion of the case the Council shall deliberate thereon in private, and at the conclusion of the deliberations the President shall call upon the Council to vote on the question whether the Medical Practitioner charged is guilty of infamous conduct, in a professional respect.
