Section 350 in The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888
350. Inspection of buildings in course of erection, alteration, etc.
- The Commissioner may at any time during the erection of a building or the execution of any such work as is described in section 342 make an inspection thereof, without giving previous notice of his intention so to do.
