Section 7(2)(a) in Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016

(a)The term of office of the representatives of private schools and parents shall be for a period of two years from the date of their nomination and in case of vacancy arising earlier, for any reason, such vacancy shall be filled for the remainder period of the term.
