Section 9(4) in The Minimum Wages (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1958
(4)When a vacancy occurs or is likely to occur in the membership of the Committee or the Board, the Chairman shall submit a report to the Government immediately. The Government shall then take steps to fill vacancy.
