JUSTICE BANWARI LAL SHARMA Judgment 12/12/2018 This habeas corpus petition has been filed alleging that even after the missing report, corpus Shabnam has not been recovered.

This Court issued notices with directions to the Additional Advocate General Mr.BN Sandu to bring the progress report in pursuance of the Missing Person Registration (MPR).

(2 of 2) [HC-258/2018] The police recovered the corpus and produced before this Court. Her statement has been recorded by the Registrar (Judicial) pursuant to the directions of this Court. It is stated by the corpus that she has married with the respondent No.6 Arbaj Khan. She is major being at the age of 19 years, thus after recovery of the corpus and production before this Court, nothing remains, however, for the ends of justice, the parents were allowed to meet the corpus. They have accepted the marriage between the corpus Shabnam and Arbaj Khan.

To maintain the cordiality, a prayer is made to direct the corpus Shabnam and Arbaj Khan to visit them and if possible then today itself so that relation between the parties may remain. It has been accepted by Shabnam and Arbaj Khan and accordingly, they would visit the parents today itself.

With the aforesaid, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of.

The statement of the corpus Shabnam, recorded by the Registrar (Judicial) pursuant to the directions of this Court, is taken on record.
