Section 11 in The Goa Private Security Agencies Rules, 2008
11. Grant of licence.
- The Controlling Authority shall grant or renew the licence in Form IV, subject to the conditions as specified in the Rules, after compliance of the formalities and satisfying itself about the suitability of the applicant and also the necessity for granting the licence in respect of area as specified under the application therein.
