Section 18(1) in Punjab Dairy Development Board Act, 2000
(1)The Board may, from time to time, with the previous approval of the State Government, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules framed thereunder, for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
