Section 1248(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)No structure with an inflammable roof should be erected within a radius of 30 yards, nor any structure with inflammable walls and corrugated iron or other type of pucca roof within a radius of 20 yards from a building constructed of permanent materials.
