Section 48(ii) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(ii)to assist the member or any officer or other employee of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] in the lawful exercise of any power vesting in such member, officer or other employee under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
