Section 1 in The Delhi Lands (Restrictions On Transfer) Act, 1972
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1) This Act may be called the Delhi Land (Restrictions on Transfer) Act, 1972.(2)it extends to the whole of the Union territory of Delhi [*] [Now National Capital Territory of Delhi].(3)it shall come into force at once.
