Section 34(1) in The Warehousing (Development And Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)The Authority may, by notification, constitute a Committee to be known as the Warehousing Advisory Committee to advise the Authority on matters relating to the making of regulations under section 51 and make recommendations for effective implementation of the provisions of this Act.
