Section 26 in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
26. Applicability of this chapter.
- The provisions of this chapter shall apply only to the grant of prospecting licences and mining leases in respect of lands in which the minerals vest exclusively in a person other than the Government.
