35. Regulations.
(1)The Academic Council may, subject to the approval of the Board, make regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes.(2)The regulations may provide for the exercise of all or any of the powers and functions enumerated in clause (ii) of section 18 of this Act.(3)Every regulation shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette or on such other prospective date as the Board may direct.
