(2)A copy of the notice in Form-2 shall also be sent by registered post to the claimant alongwith a notice in Form-4 calling upon the claimant to pay a further amount after adjusting the initial deposit made by him towards his half share of deposit for costs in such manner as may be specified therein and within the time allowed to the respondent for furnishing his statement of defence.
