Section 11(1) in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
(1)Any person desiring to obtain a game licence shall apply to the Wild Life Preservation Officer or any other Officer authorized by the State Government in this behalf in the prescribed form. Such application shall be accompanied by such fee for the licence as may be prescribed.
