91. Signature on notice, etc, maybe stamped.
(1)Every license written permission, notice, bill, summons or other document which is required by this Act or any rule or any regulation made there under to bear the signature of the Public Health Engineer or of any officer authorized or empowered to do so shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of the signature of any such officer stamped thereon.(2)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to apply to a cheque or any negotiable instrument.
