Despite repeated opportunities having been granted, steps have not been taken to bring on record legal representatives of deceased-non-applicant No. 4(b). Learned Counsel for the non- applicants submit that the appeal is liable to be abated against said non- applicant. As prayed for, as a matter of indulgence, last opportunity of four weeks is granted to the applicants to do the needful.
At this stage, the Court stands informed that the judgment under challenge in the present appeal is also the subject matter of RSA No. 77 of 2020 and accordingly, a prayer has been made that it would be in the interest of justice, in case, both these appeals are heard together.
