Sri Debanuj Basu Thakur, learned advocate appears for the petitioner and submits that the order for release of goods obtained by the petitioner in similar circumstances in previous writ petitions filed before the Hon'ble Regular Bench be extended to the present writ petitioner.

Having heard the parties and considering the materials produced, let this matter be placed before the Hon'ble Regular Bench after reopening of this Court post the Summer recess of the year 2016.
