143. Power of Administrator to grant exemptions.
- The Administrator may, if he is satisfied that the circumstances of a school are such that it is not possible for it is comply with all or any provision of this Chapter, exempt any aided school for a limited period, not exceeding two years, from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Chapter.
