Section 5 in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
5. Registration with limited or unlimited liability.
(1)A society may be registered as a co-operative society with limited or unlimited liability:Provided that a society having another co-operative society as its ordinary member shall be registered only with limited liability.(2)The word or its equivalent in English" Limited" shall be the last word in the name of a society registered under this Act with limited liability.
