Section 183(5) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(5)If any person who is entitled to proceed with any work under sub-sections (3) or (4) fails to carry out such work within one year from the date on which he becomes so entitled, his right to proceed with such work shall lapse.
