Section 7 in C.U. Shah University First Statutes 2013
7. Officers of University.
- The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:-(a)The President;(b)The Provost;(c)The Registrar(d)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer; and(e)such other officers as may be declared by the statutes or decided by the Governing Body shall be the officers of the university.
