Section 180A(a) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(a)within a radius of one furlong from -(i)any residential institution attached to a recognized educational institution such a college, a high school or girls' school, or(ii)a public hospital with a large indoor patient ward, or(iii)an orphanage containing one hundred or more in mates; or
