Section 1(v) in Police Regulations, Calcutta, 1968
(v)The word "police-station" means a police station as already declared by the State Government under section 51 of the Calcutta Suburban Police Act, 1866, and section 3 of the Calcutta Police Act, 1866, read with clause (s) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.
