Section 43(2)(b) in Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987

(b)On receipt of such application, the Assistant Commissioner concerned shall refer the matter to the Commissioner who will decide as to which of the Assistant Commissioners shall register the endowment and there upon the application shall be entertained by such Assistant Commissioner.
