Section 32(1) in The Rajasthan Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954
(1)The Bhoodan Yagna Board may with the previous sanction of the State Government [or the State Government may in consultation with the Board] [Inserted by Rajasthan Act 41 of 1987, dated 5-12-1987 (w.e.f. 7-12-1987).] make rules for the purposes of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
