Section 2(3) in The West Bengal Criminal Law Amendment (Special Courts) Act, 1949.
(3)Every Special Court shall have jurisdiction over the particular area for which ii has been constituted and shall sit at such place or places as the Slate Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify in this behalf.
