Section 47(2) in Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019
(2)The State Prohibition Council shall consists of the following members -(a)Minister of Excise and Narcotics, who shall be the Chairman of the State Prohibition Council;(b)Such number of other officials or non-officials members representing such interests as may be prescribed by the state Government.
