Section 38(2) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(2)No extension shall be granted for more than a period of one year at a time and in the case of extension of a Class I or Class II employee beyond the age of 58 years, the medical fitness as required by regulation 36 shall be certified before such extension.
