Section 5 in The Uttarakhand Water Tax on Electricity Generation Act, 2012
5. Submission of Sanctioned Scheme for usage of water by the user.
- Any user intending to install a Scheme requiring usage of water (non consumptive use) for the purpose of genration of electricity shall submit Detailed Project Report of the scheme, .duly sanctioned by authority competent to do so in this behalf to the Commission accompanied by such fee and charges as may be fixed by the Commission for registration.
