(3)All the members of the State Legislative Assembly whose constituencies lie within the district, and who are registered as electors in the district [***] [Words omitted vide Act No. 15 of 2007.] and the representatives of the Co-operative Bank and Land Development Bank shall be permanent invitees of the Committee.
