53. Repeal.
- The Bombay Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1942, as applicable to the Abu area and any other corresponding law in force in any part of Rajasthan are hereby repealed.The First Schedule(See sub-section (2) of section 1)Names of districts in which the Act shall come into force at once.
